NEW BLOG SERIES

(W)rec(K)onciliation

n. (W)rec(K)onciliation: a destructive process that leads to enlightenment.

The road to reconciliation is painful, it will wreck you before it actually heals you. So, how can a person stay engaged and "woke" or become engaged and "woke" as they undergo the wrecking process? What does any of this even mean from a faith perspective?

I hope this blog series answers that question and pushes readers like you to reflect inwardly on how life experiences, faith, and leadership engage or disengage you from the (w)rec(k)onciliation process. I believe God's heart was never that we run from tough issues but that we engage with them.

I'm excited to go on this journey with you.
