n. A destructive process that leads to enlightenment
My friends often ask me what books they should read to expand their world-views on Race in America. Here are many of the books I've read, with a few I'm currently reading that I've shared with them. This list is growing. However, it's a great place to start and has something for every type of knowledge seeker — for example, the person who needs statistical evidence to support unfamiliar ideologies and the person who likes a good personal story that results in an emotional response. All are helpful books or content to read during and after (W)rec(K)onciliation.
